Cold-Plasma research activities of interest to the environmental and engineering communities have been very active in recent years.

This special session is organized to provide a forum to share the results and developments in the following areas, but not limited to:

• Fundamentals of cold-plasma discharges;
• Engineering of cold-plasma reactors;
• Cold-plasma for air depollution;
• Cold-plasma for water depollution;
• Surface treatment;
• Fuel reforming/ hydrogen production;
• Bio-decontamination / Bio- Treatment;
• Other topics of cold-plasma application.
