Registration

All ATTENDERS have to register.

All papers must be covered by registration fees (maximum 2 papers for 1 fee). Any additional paper intended to be presented by the same author (third paper, fourth paper, etc.) will attract a supplementary fee of Euro 125 per paper. Papers not presented at the conference will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore and in case the registration fees were paid these will not be refunded.

Early registration fee is to pay by April 25th, 2017.

Registration fees (bank transfer taxes not included):

375€ (early)/395€ (late) (or equivalent in USD) for each participant (author or not author), includes attendance at all scientific programs, invitation to the welcome reception and the banquet, Proceedings in CD form, daily meals (4 days), transport by bus organized from and to the Bucharest International Airport, one trip from the list of the proposed ones.

IEEE members have to pay a reduced fee by 20 €.

250€ (or equivalent in USD) for each companion (not author), includes invitation to the welcome reception and the banquet, daily meals (4 days), transport by bus organized from and to the Bucharest International Airport, two trips from the list of the proposed ones.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registered participants unable to attend the Conference may ask for refunds. Cancellations must be adressed in writing to:
Mihai CERNAT or Carmen GERIGAN

  • A cancellation fee of 25% will be withheld if refund is requested in writing before May 1st, 2017; and 50% of the registration fees if before May 15th, 2017.
  • No refunds will be accepted if requested after May 15th, 2017.
  • All refunds will be done after the Conference.
  • The registered person can however be replaced at all times. (In that case, please inform the Program Chairs as soon as possible).

Pending Amounts:

Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Secretariat. In the event that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.  

Badges and Security

It is essential that you wear your personal badge while in the Conference venue and during the Social Events, as it is the official entrance pass to the scientific sessions. For the Social Events, lunches, gala dinner, visits, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

Attendance Certificate

Attendance Certificates will be issued by the Secretariat and given to the registered participants on site.

Medical Assistance and Insurance

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements regarding travel insurance and medical assistance during the Conference. Neither the Organization nor the Secretariat are able to accept any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or their belongings during the Conference.
