Bucharest International Airports
Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport is situated at 16.5 km distance from Bucharest down-town. Access roads: The National Road DN_1, connecting Bucharest to Transylvania, via Brasov. The distance between Bucharest and Brasov is 171 km.Henri Coanda Express trains provide connection between Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport and Bucharest North Railway Station. Regular trains connect Bucharest North Railway Station to Brasov Railway Station.
Bucharest Baneasa-Aurel Vlaicu International Airport is located in the north side of Bucharest city on National Road DN_1. It is located 8.5 km distance from the city centre.
How to get to "Cheile Gradistei" Complex, OPTIM 2012 venue
We shall provide transfer by minibus to "Cheile Gradistei". All guests coming on 19th of May, between 9.00 to 18.00 hours will be picked up from Bucharest International Airports (Henri Coanda and Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu). As well, all guests departing on 23rd of May, between 9.00 to 18.00 hours, will be taken to the Bucharest International Airports (Henri Coanda and Baneasa Aurel Vlaicu). Curency and Banks
The Romanian currency is "leu/lei". There is an ATM with 24-hour service cash right at "Cheile Gradistei" Complex.
Both payment by card or cash (Romanian or foreign currency) are accepted at "Cheile Gradistei" Complex.
Banks are opened from Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 17.00 pm. The nearest bank is in Bran, 7 km away from "Cheile Gradistei" Complex.
Electricity
Domestic voltage supply in Romania is 230 Volts, 50-cycle AC.
