- OTIM 2010 web application uses his own Mozilla FireFox web browser. If another instance of FireFox already runs on your computer please close it.
- If some other local web server (XAMPP, WAMP etc.) runs on your computer please close it.
- If your firewall may be blocking the port (4001) that the OPTIM 2010 server is operating on, don't set your firewall to OFF.
A better way is to unblock OPTIM 2010 web application in windows firewall. Follow this steps:
- Go to Start -› Control Panel -› Network (and internet) Connections -› Change Windows Firewall settings
- Go to the Exceptions tab.
- Click Add Port.
- Type in 4001 for the Port number and http for the Name.
- Click the TCP button and click OK button.
