By April 15^th, 2012, all authors have to send:

• The Paper Abstract (1 A4 page DOC file: text, equations, figures, references), download: .doc format 733KB, .pdf format 129KB
• The fulfilled and signed Registration Form, download:
  .doc format 106.5KB, .pdf format 30KB
  Remember that all accompanying persons have to be mentioned on the same registration form.
• Short IEEE Transactions biography of each author with photo (each author on separate page), download SAMPLE:
